KOPMUDA Annual General Meeting ( co-operative formation ).

Date :- 27^th Feb 2011

Time :- 9.30 am till 11.30 am.

27^th Feb 2011 , is probably the most tense day for our group. It’s the 1^st AGM where at least 50 people have to turn up for the SKM officer to verify and endorse the KOPMUDA formation.

The meeting was scheduled at 9.30 am till 11.30 am. But, till 10.00 am , only 50% turn-up rate. We basically, start to panic because of the officer promise to be there at 10.20am. We have another 20 min but only 50% turn up! Phone calls were flying around asking for the remaining member’s whereabouts. As usual, the powerful phrase “ON THE WAY” was replied :)

Anyhow, 55 people turn up for the AGM, conforming that the Co-operative will be registered without any doubt ….. The AGM was started sharp at 10.30 am, with a welcome speech, followed by some explanation on the co-operative purpose and the meeting ends with the board members nominations and selections. The meeting ended at 11.30am.

Thank GOD , everything went well ….and we hope the Co-operative will be officially registered and the registration certificate can be received in another 1 month time.
